Overview
All payments made to Drape — including one-time credit purchases and recurring subscription fees — are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage you to review our pricing page and, where available, take advantage of any free credits before upgrading to a paid plan.
Credits
Credits purchased on Drape are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits do not carry over after account closure and have no cash value.
If you believe credits were deducted in error due to a technical fault on our end, please contact support within 14 days and we will investigate. Credit adjustments may be issued at our sole discretion where a clear platform error is confirmed.
Exceptions
We will issue refunds where we are required to do so under applicable consumer protection law. This includes, but may not be limited to:
- EU / EEA consumers — you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online, unless you have already started using the service and explicitly waived this right during checkout.
- UK consumers — similar rights apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
